IFC Training Pattern

Welcome to your Tri IFC suggested training pattern.  As a Tri IFC member you are now part of a group of committed athletes who balance work, family and training.  The swimming is always suggested to be between 30-45 minutes three times per week.  Riding should be twice a week and a longer ride on the weekend and running is throughout the week with a longer run on the weekend.  IMPORTANT to note that this is a suggested training pattern.  For volume, intensity and the use of metrics in your training you should consider the Training or Team IFC coaching option.  When there is a run indicated on both SAT and SUN it is based upon which day the riding will be taking place.  For Tri IFC members you should always check your email to see which day the longer run will be taking place as this is subject to change.
