Tri IFC members receive a suggested schedule of events at the beginning of each month (a sample week is outlined below). Training IFC and Team IFC members receive their own detailed plans. Our private communication network means you’ll never miss an event update. Athletes can also download maps and GPS files. Pace groups and regrouping zones ensure we all finish closely together.
Swim IFC – IFC athletes are recommended to swim Monday, Wednesday and Friday, on their own schedule. Training IFC and Team IFC members receive detailed drills, volume and intensity for their swimming. All IFC members can enjoy two coach-led weekend rides per month, one of which includes a 50 mile bike ride and 2000 yard (approx.) open water swim at Lucky’s Lake, Dr. Phillips.
Bike IFC – during the week we will join local popular morning group rides on Tuesday and Thursday. During race season the use of an indoor trainer is recommended for the optimum race performance. Training IFC and Team IFC members receive indoor sets for use at home. IFC members can also sign up for the Vision Quest® Indoor Cycle Studio at David’s World Cycle, College Park for a highly effective structured training. IFC rides two weekends a month, one of which includes a Tri specific bike ride and brick run. Additional weekends depart with local popular morning group rides, but break away for a suitable training distance.
